Private Parking Spaces, Dumbwaiters & more…

Buyers often have unique requests and demands when purchasing apartments in New York City, and those with deep pockets can usually get what they want.  However, other than brownstone living, it’s difficult to find a private garage in Manhattan although they do exist and often where you’d least expect.

Two small buildings – 88 Bleecker St. and 68 Bradhurst Avenue – on opposite ends of the city are not only affordable, but they offer private garages that are not open to the public.  It’s little perks like this that can draw a buyer who is wholly dependent on their car and may need it at a moment’s notice.

I would have never known about these two buildings had I not sold there, and I find such interesting characteristics add a little élan to the properties.  In addition, 417 Grand Street has private parking spaces in an outdoor lot, and apartment D1104 is currently available through Lynne White.
