I suffer from high blood pressure and despite trying to keep salt out of my diet I am still required to take medication. So, although I hate the idea of a government bureaucrat telling me what I can and can’t eat, I honestly believe we need to cut back dramatically on our salt intake and that the public needs to be educated about the perils of salt.
